Smells like: Nostalgia from when you were sick as a kid and your parents gave you a cold ginger ale to sip with a straw. Also bubbles with a little bite. ::chomp:: So gingery you can taste it!
What I like about it: YOU CAN SMELL THE EFFERVESCENCE! (Also that's a word that has too many of the letter "e.") For reals though, it's straight out of a bottle of ginger ale. Or Vernors if you're from the midwest.

Allow soap to fully dry between uses on a draining dish for a longer-lasting bar.

And since I'm a one person show with a real job and a farm, there are only so many hours in a day I can work on creating...so if your favorite bar isn't back in stock yet, just give me a heads-up so I can add it to the list.
